Improve Self Esteem

This quote from Zig Ziglar is so true of self esteem as well as motivation. Our self esteem does get a battering through living day to day in a negative world. Just like we need to physically keep clean daily, we also need to take time to remove any remnant of negativity that may have decreased our level of self esteem.
We can do that by taking time every day to think positively about ourselves, affirm our positive self beliefs through affirmations, and continue to listen learn and meditate on motivational material that will strengthen our self esteem.
Maybe you think you don’t have the time- well try listening to audiobooks in your ‘throw away’ time
For example:
Do you spend 30 mins a day driving in your car?
Did you know that if you spent that time listening to educational material, at the end of a year you would have the equivalent of a semester of college education?
Listening to audiobooks during this time is an excellent way to develop your knowledge and skills. In fact statistics state that we need to hear something seven times before we internalize it. An advantage of audiobooks is that you can listen to them several times, and increase the chance of retaining your learning.
